Coastal Grounds Maintenance Ltd.  is a Red Seal Sponsorship and ITA Credited Company actively hiring and training Red Seal Landscape Horticulturists. We provide apprenticeship programs for students who wish to study horticulture. Upon completion they will be certified in Horticulture with a Red Seal Certificate.

The Red Seal is the national standard of excellence for skilled trades in Canada. It provides a nationally recognized standard for competency and quality workmanship, identifying tradespeople as skilled and knowledgeable. 

With increasing oversight from cities and municipalities, along with extreme weather, and a societal trend towards green infrastructure practices, it is fiscally beneficial and more important than ever to use qualified and knowledgeable landscape service providers who adhere to industry standards. Skilled trades not only play an important role in our economy and our society but they also help ensure consumers receive quality and value in return for their investment.
