Sunset Estate

We provided full Landscape sesign, planting plan and layout surface treatment plans for this 6,000 square foot property. We designed and installed all hard and soft scape areas including 5 separate outdoor seating areas. Installation of Dreamscape Fire bowl, raised planters for vegetables and a half court basketball court off of client’s office and complete with Irrigation and landscape lighting.

Guildford Town Center

Full landscape maintenance service with a Coastal Grounds Maintenance Ltd. tailored 5 year work plan. We assisted in adding pollinators and water smart planting to long arrival processes throughout the property. Success was achieved very early on throughout the 89 acre property.

Business Parks Redesign and Installation

We are 45% complete on the redsign and installation project that started in 2019. Working within our client’s budget and maintenance costs, we designed a landscape that has reduced water usage without plant loss or turf health. Water smart planting that has full color all summer has increased pollinators so much that we now have a company harvesting honey from onsite hives.

Mill Lake Park

Coastal Grounds Maintenance Ltd. was contracted out to establish one of the newest live turf lawn bowling greens in the Fraser Valley. Our knowledge of bentgrass and turf establishment made us a perfect fit for one of the biggest landscape contractors in Canada to entrust us to successfully complete this project for the city of Abbotsford.

Rooftop Downtown Vancouver

Coastal Grounds Maintenance Ltd. was asked by client to come up with a privacy solution for a restaurant whose patrons could be viewed from the rooftop above. Offsite we planted watered and established the planters for a quick 2 hour installation, complete with irrigation.
